Setting up a Performance Review / Setting a Performance Review Active

This article helps guide you in creating a Performance Review and assist you in making the Review work the way you see fit.

Before setting a Performance Review to active, it is best practice to make sure you have set up the settings and sharing options first.

Please find below a list of the setting options and how they work. To access the settings, select the hamburger icon in the top right hand corner of the review template, then select Settings.

You will then see the following setting options appear.

Allow Direct Managers to Return Reviews for Revision.

Require the user's direct manager to sign off on review results.

Require the direct manager to push results to users.

Require users to sign off on review results.

Please find below a list of the sharing options and how they work. To access the share settings, select the hamburger icon in the top right hand corner of the review template, then select Share.

Allow Managers to review the results of their direct reports.

  • When this is checked off, Managers will be able to view their Direct Reports Performance Review results.

Allow Evaluated employees to see the results of their own reviews on their profile page.
