How to Sign Off on a Performance Review in HelloTeam

This article details the steps on how to sign off on a Performance Review.

1. Login to your HelloTeam account.

2. Click on the Performance Reviews tab on the left-hand side menu.

3. Select the Ready to Sign Off tab.

4. On the right-hand side of the Review, users have the option to Preview Result or Sign Off. Managers may also have access to Return the Review for revision. Select Sign Off.

5. Complete the Sign Off wizard by checking the box to the left of the Acknowledgement statement, entering your Printed name and Legal name. Legal name will appear on the final copy of the review in script.

6. Click the blue Confirm button to finalize the Sign Off.

7. A confirmation notification will appear, stating that the Performance Review has been successfully signed off. Signatures are displayed in the heading of the Performance Review.
