How to Share Results of Performance Reviews in HelloTeam
This article describes the steps to allowing Employees to see their Performance Review results in HelloTeam. It is recommended that you select your share settings before setting the Performance Review to active, see more Best Practices Here.
Login to your HelloTeam account.
Click on the Manage Reviews tab under System Management on the left-hand menu.
From this page, find the review template you wish to view.
Click on the three bars icon (hamburger icon) at the top right-hand corner of the template and click Share.
5. Check the box to “Allow Evaluated employees to see the results of their own reviews on their profile page.” Do Not add individuals to this list by using the dropdown.
6. Click the green Share button.
