HelloTeam offers a full suite of reward offerings within its platform. This allows employees to collect points from different activities within the platform and redeem them directly in the platform for over 1,000 Gift Card Brands, Amazon Prime, and even any custom items anyone can think of like PTO or company swag.

HelloTeam offers Rewards Admins the option to set the point to dollar ratio for their organization. To do this the Rewards Admin is prompted to enter the number of cents in USD that each point will be worth. For example, if you enter 100 in the box, each point will be worth $1.

HelloTeam allows Rewards Admins the ability to enter point values for both employee birthdays and anniversaries. Currently HelloTeam allows only a single value to be given out to all employees for their birthday but does support a tiered range for employees for their work anniversaries. For example, someone who is having their first work anniversary could receive 100 points while someone who is having their second work anniversary would receive 200 points.

The Rewards Admin is able to enter an amount in USD that will trigger an email when the amount on file with the organization drops below that amount it will trigger an email to ALL rewards admins. This email will also repeat every Monday to ALL Rewards Admins. Once the account has been funded to an amount over that value the emails will be suppressed.

HelloTeam allows organizations the option to require Rewards Approvers to approve each Gift Card redemption that is made. If you opt to require approval (Unchecked box) then someone will be responsible to go in and approve each order. Keep in mind, this control only applies to Gift Card redemptions and not Custom Items where approvals are handled when an item is created.
