HelloTeam Reward Admins also have the ability to control and customize the catalog by disabling any gift cards by toggling off the card in the manage rewards catalog section. This catalog is regularly updated based on user preferences and may change time to time based on local offerings.

Amazon Marketplace allows users to order items directly from amazon through Amazon Prime that can be delivered directly to users doors. Keep in mind sales tax is included in the price of the item listed in the catalog.

HelloTeam Rewards Admins are also able to add any custom item they want in the catalog by creating their own items. Keep in mind these items will be fulfilled by yourself to those that redeem it. This could be fore example an extra day of PTO. If a user orders that item, you will get a notification that the employee has attempted to redeem that and if you choose to accept you will need to add that to their PTO bank. HelloTeam will then log that as a redemption.
