Ability to rename goals across the HelloTeam platform
We spent the past few weeks adding new ability to customize performance review cycles to better accommodate changes that occur in the middle of a performance review flow. We had also been hearing a lot of feedback from customers who were looking to customize the name of goals across the system to better align with their goal philosophy. This has now been added in the general setting section similar to how a user can rename the High Fives component of HelloTeam.
Rewards:
Amazon Prime has been added as an option for gift redemptions
Improved Reporting of redeemed rewards
Rewards admins now receive notifications when there account balances fall below a certain value
Rewards Admins now receive a notification when custom items are redeemed
12 items in the catalog now show for each page
The inclusion of Amazon Prime within the HelloTeam Rewards catalog was a significant improvement from the existing catalog. This addition now brings the power of Amazon to HelloTeam where users can select from hundreds of items and have them delivered directly to their door with the speed we all have come accustomed to from Amazon.
Data Import:
Department is no longer a required field
position is no longer a required field
We have heard frequent customer feedback that the above fields created complications and caused data in many cases to not import because of this. Going forward, if a user does not have a department or position in either the CSV import or any of our standard data imports they will be put into a "Unassigned" department and position. When data is added to those users it will be updated from unassigned to their correct place but they will still be added to the platform in the meantime.
