HelloTeam is always looking to incorporate customer feedback into our product delivery each and every release. This month was no different with large scale improvements to our messaging customization with the performance review modules as well as offering a totally new rewards experience to make sure there is something for everyone.

HelloTeam Rewards was added to be easy to add on to any customers existing package. With this product you are easily able to begin rewarding your employees for their use of the High Five product. You are also able to add any specific points for either birthdays or anniversaries to ensure they are never forgotten and always recognized. This module includes access to gift cards in almost any country in the world.

This module also includes access to a group card feature where admins can send cards to groups to sign wishing them well for any occasions including birthdays, anniversaries, retirement, and any well wishing.

Beginning this month admins will be able to decide which steps of the review process should include a notification. This improved functionality allows you to have even more control over your review process and let people be notified exactly where you would like from submission, approval, e-signature and more.

HelloTeam continued to work on Performance Reviews by also adding in the ability to restrict visibility of the total score of the review. This now allows admins the choice to share the end score with all stakeholders, share only with managers, or only see as an admin role.

You asked and we listened! We have been hearing people looking to format their survey and review responses further so we added the ability to respond with all formatting options people have come to expect and love. This is now eligible for all open ended questions for both performance reviews and surveys.
