Follow the steps below to Give a High Five:

1. Login to your HelloTeam account.

2. Find High Fives in the middle of the dashboard.

3. To give a high five you will click on the High Five button to the right of the Rewards Catalog button at the top of the High Fives section.

Once clicked you will see the following box:

4. From the box (shown above) you will be able to add a comment on why this employee deserved the recognition in the comments section. From the teammate dropdown menu you will search for the employee to be recognized.
