In HelloTeam you have the option to now conduct an Employee Engagement Survey and have it be benchmarked against similar companies in your industry and your size. This survey also includes a brand new way to view survey results in amore detailed way than ever before.

HelloTeam's templated Engagement Survey is 13 questions long and covers the most important categories in someones employment. These questions cannot be edited to get the benchmarked results for the survey.

After sending out the survey you will be able to view results like how it is pictured below with your total score percentage and how you compare to peers in your industry and size as well as how different groups compare against each other in those 13 different categories. This is particularly helpful to easily diagnose and break down survey results in your organization. These results can of course be exported as always as either a PDF or CSV results to break down even further.
