There are seven (7) question types when building your survey:

Provide employees with multiple answer options.

Closed-ended question that allows employees to choose one answer from the dropdown.

An open text box for employees to write out their answer.

A rating question that allows employees to select the star that is represented by the scale.

Employees can measure their opinion by choosing a number from the provided scale.

A closed-ended question that asks employees to evaluate one or more row items using the same set of column choices.

Question type that is available to use only when building Non-Anonymous Surveys. File types supported: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, CSV, JPG, JPEG, PNG Files uploaded to Non-Anonymous surveys will also be added to the responder’s HelloTeam profile in the newly created Survey Response Files section of the Documents tab.
