Steps to Complete a Survey

  1. Log in to your HelloTeam Account.

  2. Click Surveys on the left hand side menu.

  3. Click Take Survey on the far right hand side of the survey you would like to complete.

4. Complete the survey, completing all questions that are mandatory (red asterisk).

5. Once you have answered all questions select the green Submit button at the bottom of the survey.
