In order to properly link your Kallidus (formerly known as Sapling) account, you will need to populate your Company domain and API Key.
Sharing your Company Domain:
Step One: Share your Sapling sign in subdomain with your HelloTeam representative.
For example, company-name for company-name.saplingapp.io
Finding your API Key in Kallidus:
Step One: In your Sapling account, find integrations
Step Two: Open API Keys and Generate New Key.
Step Three: Enter a Copy the API Key, Name it, and Save.
Be sure to share your API Key with your HelloTeam representative so that they can complete your authentication.
