This article is intended for HelloTeam users with ADMIN Access Level
To enable PrismHR integration you will need to reach out to your PrismHR Representative and request them to follow the following steps:
Create a Web Service User in PrismHR
Go to the web user you created in PrismHR and add the following in "allowed methods" - EmployeeService.getEmpRestricted
Go to the web user you created in PrismHR and add the HelloTeam user's Company ID under "company access".
Enter web user credentials in HelloTeam
Login to your HelloTeam account
Click the Import Data tab on the left hand side menu.
Click on the PrismHR icon.
Scroll to the bottom and click manage credentials
Enter in the web user's username and password
Enter in the User ID and Company ID
Click Save
