This article is intended for HelloTeam users with ADMIN Access Level
HelloTeam is able to integrate with your BambooHR account to import all of your employee data.
Connecting BambooHR to HelloTeam
1. Open HelloTeam platform
2. On the left-hand menu under System Management, select Import Data
3. Select the Use data from BambooHR icon
4. Click Manage Domains > enter the domain to be used for your organization > click SAVE
5. Confirmation will appear that Bamboo credentials have been saved
6. Click Authenticate > user will be redirected to the BambooHR login page
7. Enter BambooHR user credentials and click Login
8. User will be automatically redirected back to the HelloTeam Import Data page
9. Click Sync with BambooHR
10. Notification will appear summarizing number of both total imported employees as well as employees with errors
11. Continue through the Import Wizard > identifying potential errors and correcting
12. When finished with the Import Wizard, user will be directed to the Employees page to view data
