1. Login to your HelloTeam account.

2. Click on Manage Reviews on the left-hand menu.

3. Click on the box that says Add New.

4. Complete the fields to create your Performance Review.

a. Create a name for the Review.

b.To add a description text box, click Add Description.

c. To add a question, select New Question.

i. Enter in the question.

ii. To make this question mandatory, click the checkbox.

iii. Select which type of question you would like to use from the dropdown.

5. Click Save.
